How points are earned
- +5 — punch-in on time (by 09:30)
- +5 — all of today's tasks completed on time, full day worked
- +10 — no leave taken in the prior month
- +25 🌟 — Star of the Month bonus
- +10 🥈 — Star of the Month – Runner-up bonus
- −5 ⏱ — forgot to stop the timer (auto-stopped after 15 min idle)
Star and Runner-up are awarded automatically on the 1st to the previous month's top two scorers (tie at top → both #1, no runner-up).
